Marla has over 25 years of experience helping organizations and people improve performance in the workplace by applying the latest management skills and knowledge in industries including aerospace, entertainment, high-tech, automotive and financial services. She regularly facilitates executive/management planning and team building sessions. She also develops and delivers management training in the areas of communication, team development, motivation, delegation, business acumen and project management.
Ms. Bradley is recognized for her ability to quickly organize large amounts of input and think on her feet in front of large groups. She is much sought after to facilitate meetings at the highest level in large corporations, including multi-company teams with customer and supplier members. She has facilitated thousands of meetings from planning meetings to rescuing teams that failed to make progress.
She has provided executive coaching services to leaders and their teams to enhance working relationships, build interpersonal skills and align the organization. She is seen as a valued resource, providing design, development and delivery of the most complex curriculum demanded by multi-billion-dollar international corporations.
Additionally, Ms. Bradley has been a lead instructor and program designer for the Certificate in Management Effectiveness, an executive program offered through the University of Southern California (USC), Graduate School of Business Administration. She has taught various classes at Loyola Marymount University and UCLA and regularly conducts workshops for the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and presents at the annual SHRM conference as well as other special interest associations.
Ms. Bradley received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
